A home safety assessment is a professional evaluation to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
The good news is that by proactively examining the safety of your home and making small changes, you may reduce your risk for injury and increase your ability to live independently in your own house for as long as possible.

What to expect from your Home Safety Assessment:
One of our Certified Senior Home Safety Specialists will visit you in your home, discuss your concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
Then they’ll inspect more than 250 points of evaluation across 75 areas of your home, both inside and outside, including:
Walkways to and around the home
Porch, garage, and deck safety
Interior and exterior doorways
Fire safety
Tripping and slipping hazards
Bathroom safety
Proper lighting
Adequate stairs and railings
And much more
Once your inspection is complete, the Certified Specialist will review the recommendations with you and provide quotes for any home modifications you’d like us to perform. We are also continuously adding to our referral list of trusted partners in cases where more extensive renovations may be required.
